Nothing upfront. No subscription, no setup costs. We charge 15% commission per successful booking. That includes everything: payment processing, ID verification, damage guarantee, invoices, and reports. You only pay when you earn.

All renters are ID-verified. In case of damage, you submit a claim through the platform with photos and a description. Renttoo assesses the claim, and for proven damage, Renttoo pays you up to €500 per incident (never more than the current value), within 2 business days after the 5-business-day objection period, regardless of whether the renter has already paid. The renter remains liable up to the current value plus 5% administration costs (minimum €5) and any collection costs. This is Renttoo Deposit-Free, our own guarantee, at no extra cost.
